    Cozy double room with a balcony. Loved the air conditioning and minibar. Spa facilities like the hot tub and Hammam were amazing. Enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. The body treatments were great. Staff was super nice. Everything felt luxurious and relaxing.

    Room keys malfunctioned and required tech support multiple times. Limited restaurant choices resulted in some unsatisfactory meals. One diner highlighted tasteless fish and poor main course quality. The inconsistent Wi-Fi service made staying connected a constant fight.

    The ambiance around the hotel is fine, with picturesque gardens that enhance the overall experience. The covered swimming pool area, complete with a fireplace, is perfect for unwinding after a long day. The indoor sports facilities are excellent and provide plenty of opportunities to stay active. On a personal note, I appreciated the lovely fresh air of Ifrane.

    The limited dining options were a letdown .
